Ways to Drive More Traffic With Website Content

  • A competitor will click me: yes, it happens, but Google filters and refunds fraudulent clicks. It is flawed but rather effective. In fact, by the mechanism of the click quality (which I will not detail here), a fraudulent click not detected can help you.
  • I’m going to spend crazy money: Yes, but only because you choose it: Google clings your daily budget as you see fit. From this side, no risk! The purchase of keywords, social media advertising or “Display” ads is effective ways to build a brand or attract visitors. The choice of your advertising platform will depend on your goal and the audience you want to target. Remember that traffic from advertising must be considered ephemeral traffic. Rightly, ad traffic will stop as soon as your campaigns end.

3-  Newsletter

The newsletter is sending emails to people who have expressed their willingness to receive them (your customers, prospects, people who have registered spontaneously, etc.) This is probably one of the best ways to increase your visits: the traffic quality is high. If you do it internally, be careful not to be detected as a spammer, it happened quickly … A suitable solution is to use self-service emailing providers. It’s a little tricky at first, but it’s done very quickly! The leader of the sector remains Mailchimp, but I tested in recent days MailJet which certainly has fewer features but remains significantly cheaper from 2000 subscribers (below mailchimp is free, so enjoy). I will soon test ActiveCampaign, which remains in the same price as MailChimp but has more interesting features…  

4- B2B / B2C Emailing

The e-mailling, unlike the newsletter, is to write to send an email to people who have not solicited. You buy (or rent) a base and that’s it.

In real life, a not insignificant part of these mails do not reach the end of their mission:

If you have enough fans or followers, they can help you rebroadcast your message. This is the virtuous circle aspect of social networks!
